I am going on holiday in 10 days however i own recently begin some cellulite on my thighs and backside and want to amuse rid of it by then. Is there any great exersizes that would aid? Thanks for the aid!

If you own a gym membership use the abductor computer and adduction computer... the abductor computer works your outter thigh (glutes) and Adductor works your inner... 10 days is a short period of time, however provided you eat right and try to commit to an time of cardio (half time at least) you might be able to see a aberration before you allowance... too the leg press computer works your hamstrings, quads, and glutes.. for your backside backward kick leg extensions would work well.. put yourself in a plank position which is laying on the floor on your forarms care your back straight and care your leg straight kick backwards and up squeezing your butt, accomplish one leg at a time and rotate.

No problem, The universal seat position for the adduction computer is seat 4 and backside piece 7, for abduction you want to put the seat all the way back (should be 5) flip the pads encircling and bring the backside piece all the way together (1) provided you plan on using the machines... great luck
