How to reduce the attending of cellulite?

I've noticed a abundance of cellulite on my lower object lately. Exceptionally on my butt world and right underneath it too( upper thighs). What kinda foods should I avoid eatting? Is there a sure type of cardio and strength training to reduce the attending? any other great safe tips for this?

I would recommend trying a yoga group since you're stretching and strengthening at the same time. I've begin it to be able, however I too run (at least 3-4 miles on lighter days, 4-5 times a week) and try to lift weights 3 times a week. So it's probably a combination of all of these.
