You want to try to keep your protein levels at around 50 grams per day as the average person likely takes in about 60-80 grams.

Low Sodium

A lot of sodium is not good for anyone, but when you're trying to conceive a baby girl you should minimize your consumption. Do not add salt to your food, if at all possible consider making your foods from scratch so that you can watch or even eliminate salt that is in the food. Stick with processed foods as they are best when swaying for a girl.

Low Sugar

No one said that getting that little girl would be easy. And while the saying, "sugar, spice, and everything nice" describes what little girls are made of, too much sugar in your diet is not advised. Instead use artificial sweeteners as an alternative when you have a craving for something sweet.

Dad Diet

If daddy is going to help you in swaying for a little girl you can increase the odds even more by having him follow a diet as well. Dads will also partake in a low calorie diet as well. Since most men are "meat and potato" type of guys this could be a tough one. You want to increase his estrogen and decrease his testosterone levels. For the most part you will flow the same type of diet for the best results.
