Firstly-- Drinking plenty of water, eating healthily, taking vitamins, showering daily and regular use.

Morning:
-Body brush
-Brush teeth
-Warm shower
-Shower gel?
-Wash and case hair (alone every-other time)
-Cold rinse to sure skin
-Dry
-Cellulite cream, wait to set
-Body butter, wait to set (or suncream)
-Get dressed

After dark:
Object brush and object butter/cellulite cream.

Use: Walk, jog, run, cycle, lunges etc.
Once a week: Coffee scrub for cellulite, wash with lemons for freshness, house object wrap, important oils.

Is this okay? Is there anything else I should accomplish? I am fifteen, approximately 165cm tall and approximately 55kg.
I own done a modelling direction and would fortunately enter modelling competitions, provided alone I could lose approximately 7kg of additional fat I currently lug encircling with me.Perhaps I am life a bit excessive, however boys in my grade generally phone me chubby cheeks and today someone much called me bigbum, which is abhorrent, exceptionally when I'm smaller than 70% of the girls in my grade and am especially susceptible to weight related insults.Any more that I've rambled on and wasted 5 minutes of your time already (which is abundantly appreciated!), I'll amuse to the point.I am a state swimmer and a abundance of that is muscle mass and I am an standard size person, but I own a bit of cellulite on my thighs and a bit of a stomach and chubby cheeks I'd according to to rid of.
